Replacing your powerchair at the right time

Because Dragonmobility aims to look after you for the long-term we also operate Dragon4Life, which is free with any Dragon or SnapDragon bought to replace an old one.

Depending on how heavily it is used, it may be possible to keep your old Dragon or SnapDragon working for longer than five years. Sometimes it is more economical to maintain an older machine for a while after Dragon2Last has expired. Of course, there are costs to doing this which can reduce funds which are really intended to pay for your replacement powerchair when it's eventually needed.

If you have a Dragon or SnapDragon which you are continuing to use, even if it's a bit tired and creaky, then from the moment that you pre-order your replacement powerbase, Dragon4Life means that we will carry on looking after your old one as if it were still covered by Dragon2Last. This saves you paying out extra to keep it running. While we believe that it still remains good value to carry out repairs on your old powerbase then that's exactly what we'll do. When you take delivery of the new powerbase your new Dragon2Last contract covers you for the next five years.

Of course, you will be able to use Dragon4Life each time Dragon2Last runs out, so you should never have go without the mobility you have come to rely on, and you get it for the best value possible.
