Five year warranty and more

Your powerbase comes with a five-year warranty as standard. If you make sure it is properly looked after and serviced regularly (typically annually, depending on use), then we will deal with any faults or failures with no charge. Provided you have made a reasonable effort to take care of your powerchair the only things that you will need to pay for are consumable items (things that naturally wear out through usage, like batteries and tyres) and also any accidental damage.

Your seat will have been made to fit you when you first got your Dragon or SnapDragon. We will alter or replace your seating as necessary as you grow or change for the five years after you first get it. You should plan to visit Cambridge for seating changes on average once a year. If you have a Centaur standing frame then we will alter and adjust it as necessary over the five years from when you first get it.

Dragon2Last is automatically included with your Dragon or SnapDragon for free, so you can be confident that you will get good value from your powerchair. We also strongly recommend that you get insurance to cover accidental damage and third party liability. We can give you our directory of the insurers we know of and you can shop around to get the best deal for you.
